NEW YORK - Ed Justin,
Director of Merchandising at
Interplanetary Licensing and
Merchandising, Inc. (ILAMI),
announces that Harvey Publications
will be releasing a series
of Cowsills comic books.
Followed Their Career
Evelyn Johnson, spokesman for
Harvey Publications, said: "We
have had our eye on the Cowsills
for a possible comic series since
we first heard the group in August
of '67. We've followed their
career for nearly seven months
now and after lengthly discussions
with Ed Justin of ILAMI
and Cowsills manager Leonard
Stogel, we've decided that the
Gowsills best fit the image we've
been searching for to complete
our juvenile comic book sequence."
