Barry Cowsill

The Foundations lead singer, Colin Young, was fired from the group six times before he was hired permanently. "It took a long time to get the rest of the group to accept me," Colin explained. "They gave me a very hard time with their 'in' jokes. But they finally got used to me - and everything's great now." Colin took over, as ou probably know, when Clem Curtis lef the group to solo in the United States. (Clem's now living with - and being helped by - The Cowsills.)
