Have you always wanted to be in show business?
Yes. In fourth grade when the Beatles came out, I made up my mind then. I wanted to be just like Ringo Starr.

Do you want to sing forever?
I don't think so. When I grow up I want to be a surgeon. I'm going to college.

What's your favorite subject in school?
Science and math.

Do you belong to any clubs or activities back at school?
Yes. The football team and the basketball team.

What has been your biggest thrill since you started performing?
My first jet flight.

Do you like to be around a lot of people?
Yes. I'm not shy. I like to talk to people.

Are you moody?
I'm pretty happy most times.

What puts you in a bad mood?
Getting up in the morning.

Are you superstitious?
No, I'm not.

I'm getting to that point.

Sure, lots of them. There's always one each year.

Describe the kind of girl you like.
Rounded out nicely with big blue eyes and light brown hair.

What kind of person should she be?
Real active, not shy. It's hard to sit there and not say anything. I like girls to be real talkative.

What do you think about your Mom being in the group?
Oh, my Mom is fantastic. Usually mothers don't like the sound of our kind of music, but she likes it. She likes it so much we got her to join the group. It's fun. It inspires me a lot. My Mom inspires us all.

Can you go to her with your problems?
Sure I go to my Mom and Dad. Dad mostly because he knows how to handle them.

What's the best part of performing?
Loyal fans. I try to talk to all of them as much as I can.

How do you feel when you're performing on stage?
It's a great feeling. You feel real important because all these people are out there looking at you.

Do you have get stage freight?
No, not really. It's just fun. And then, too, I'm not standing there alone.
