Running against the anti-nice mainstream in teen music, the Cowsills scored with a dreamy single their first time out, and show signs of repeating with yet another clean, cute and catchy litter on "We Can Fly". Pretty arrangements with touches of harp and big band brass for flighty motion in the working, lively-lovely vocal and very fine material add up to a solid side.
