The Cowsills to London Records. The new deal, in addition to the U.S. and Canada, coveres the world through the distribution outlets of London's parent firm, the Deca Record Co., of England Ltd. The group's first London single, "On My Side," is set for immediate release. An LP is being set for an early spring release date.
