I was so down thinking I had already wasted three hours of my time on that garbage and now I was expected to write about it. Nick suggested telling my editor is wasn't worth writing about. I guess I could have done that, but I wasn't a quitter. While I didn't trash the hair show in my article, I didn't exactly rave about it either. However, I saved the day with an amazine headline, inspired by lyrics from The Cowsills song "Hair." My headline read,"Shining, Gleaming, Streaming, Flaxen, Waxen."
I was pleased to have turned a monotonous hair show into a Cowsills tribute!
