For one month, anyone driving down the Sunset Strip will find The Cowsills on a billboard notifying Los Angeles residents that The Cowsills appear at the Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas. January 29 through February 11, in addition to alerting everyone that MGM has a new single release by The Cowsills slated for release the first week of February titled "II x II" ("Two By Two")

VEGAS RAVES FOR FAVES
The Cowsills did it again, which wouldn't be a surprise to any fan who knows The Cowsills are number one!
The group opened its first headline engagement in Las Vegas at the Falmingo Hotel on January 29, and took the desert city by storm with a new act comprised of some of their old and new favorites - "The Rain, the Park and Other Things," "Hair," "Indian Lake," and "Two By Two," The Cowsills' very newest release.
Each member of The Cowsills introduced himself to the Flamingo audience with a solo number, and then all joined in together for an exciting renditions of "Hair."
An opening night party was given for The Cowsills by MGM Records' new president, Mike Curb, and it was difficult to tell who had a better time - The Cowsills or the people who packed the Flamingo Hotel to catch their special brand of musical excitement.

Chrystal Ford Named
Cowsill Club Veep
The Cowsill Fan Club is most happy to announce that Chrystal Ford is its new Vice-President, who will be helping President Diane Warner keep all The Cowsills' fans one big happy family.
Chrystal's executive responsibilities in her new position will include assisting Diane Warner in the quarterly publication of The Cowsill Chronicle in addition to taking care of the incoming fan mail that comes The Cowsills' way at 9255 Sunset.

Featured in the middle of this picture taken at the Fan Club office is the star of our show: the piles and piles of letters that come in daily from all of you to The Cowsills, the requests for Fan Club membership, and poster orders. So if you think you've got your hands full, take a close look at this picture and remember two fantastic girls, Chrystal and Diane, who wish they had eight hands apiece! They love working with The Cowsills though, and hope you keep those letters coming!
You'll all love The Cowsills' newest single, "II x II," and we are including the words and music in this issue of The Chronicle and we are happy that "16" Magazine will soon be publishing the lyrics, exactly as sung by The Cowsills on the record very soon.
