Cowsill Marathon III was the weekend of September 23rd through September 27th, 1999 back out in LA. Once again the Holiday Inn in Woodland Hills, California was where we placed our pillows. The following were part of the party all or part of that weekend: Stella Ducker, Brendon Cowsill, Bob and Mary Jo Cowsill, Courtney Cowsill, John Cowsill, Marissa Cowsill, Paul and LouAnn Cowsill, Paul's dogs Red and Lucy, Ryan Cowsill, Shane and Alisa Cowsill, Dale Eucker, Dale's dog Baxter, Debbie Gouveia, David and Roxann Harris, Norma Kolias, Salia Lanoza, Jo Malone, Lynne Margosian, Kathy McWhirt, Dyan Neiman, Sue Otto, Tracy Pierson, Becky Presley, Sandy R., Robby Scharf, Tim and Tiffany Cowsill-Scheu, Vicky, Paul, Emily and Hannah Sedgwick, Lisa Solomon (along with husband and daughter), Eddie and Nancy Starr, Gary Strobel, Debi and husband Verhague, Damon, Kathy and Kristin Wall, Tammy ???, and Wendy & Gene ???. We spent more than our fair share of time rockin' that weekend as we were treated to two shows. First, on Friday night, Bob, Paul, John, Robby, and Eddie treated us to a show at the St. Bernadine's school fund raiser. Then, on Saturday, we had a four hour show back at Pickwick's Pub. We had a Hawaiian theme, hence the shirts and leis. Outside the Cowsill events, folks spent time seeing the walk of fame in Hollywood, dining at Cable's, touring around, visiting Venice Beach (with all it's sites), and seeing some countryside outside of L.A. T-shirts were once again provided with the help of Jo Malone's artwork, so check those out below.
Of course I had comments of the event, so here are mine posted upon return.

Bob - The welcome marquee at KCI was flashing "BOB COWSILL !!!!!! We heard you rockin' all the way back here!!" You do an awesome version of Kansas City. Thank you!!
Paul - This was my first real Paul experience and I sure hope it's not my last. As expected, so unlike a certain TV show's representation. This is one totally terrific guy.
John - I can't think of one adjective accurate enough to describe you. So simply, you are a GIFT !!!!!!
Robby - I'm not sure if you consider it a curse (LOL) or a joy to put up with this gang, but our raves of you will surely continue.
Hair Heads - What a blessing to reconnect with old friends and I'm grateful to have met new ones !!! I defy anyone to find a more fun group to party with !!

Couple of Misc. CMIII Comments
1. I just found out tonight that Lisa Solomon (husband and daughter) was at St. Bernadine's. She sat quietly right behind us !! Yes I have scolded her properly (LOL) and demanded she introduce herself next time !! If you're ever in S. CA give her a call. Her answering machine message is worth the call. LOL
2. This was my first LA driving. I hit the freeway and became a tense ball. So I plopped in Offerings of Love and the music of John and company had me mellow in minutes and I felt comfortable driving anywhere after that.
3. I've always printed everyone's comments about the CM's and put them with my pictures so I don't forget the stories like I won't forget the faces. Hey this time I think I need a notebook just for the stories !! Oh what fun !!
