BOND FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE
Know all Men by these Presents, That we J. S. Foster as principal, and S. A. Bradley as security, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Arkansas, for the use and benefit of the Common School Fund of Conway County in the penal sum of ONE HUNDRED SLLARS, for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves , our heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these present.
Signed this 15 day of July 1875
THE CONDITIN OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH THAT, whereas, the above bounders J. S. Foster has this day applied to the Clerk of the County Court of Conway County, for a license have a lawful right to the same, and if they shall faithfully carry into effect and coply with the provisions thereof, and shall, within sixty days from the date hereof, return the said License to the office of the Clerk of the County Court of said County, duly executed and officially signed by some one authorized by law to solomnise the Rite of Matrimony, then this obligation shall be void, but otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

IN THE OFFICE FO THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY COURT OF SAID COUNTY
J. S. Foster of County of Conway and State of Arkansas, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the identical person who has this day applied to me for License of Marriage and that he has arrived at the age of 19 years; and that Miss Janie Parks has arrived at the age of 17 years; and that they, the parties for whom said applications is made, are now single and unmarried and may lawfully contract and be joined in marriage and that the parents of each said parties are deceased and they have no Guardian.
