
I Philip Parks Sr do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby making nul and void all wills ever made by me as soon as I am dead my funeral expenses and Doctor bills of every kind is to be paid and all my personal property to be sold and the proceeds to be equally divided amongs all my lawful heirs after Philip Parks my son is paid for all his trouble that he may have and out of the price of the land I sold to Philip Parks my son where I now live. Elizabeth Booth if she out lives her husband John Booth she is to have fifty dollars in trade or if she is dead the said amount to be paid to her heirs and Nelly Nelson my daughter is to have fifty dollars in trade and Nancy Tinker my daughter is to have fifty dollars in trade and Robert Parks my son is to have fifty dollars in trace and William Parks my son is to have fifty dollars in trade and Sarah White my daughter is to have fifty dollars in trade and Katharine Andes my daughter is to have fifty dollars in trade & Rebecca Ore my daughter is to have fifty dollars in trade and Tilda Jane Freeman as I suppose to be the daughter of my son John Parks deceased is to have one hundred dollars in trade to be paid by my executor when said child is twenty one years old to her & Philip Parks my son is to have fifty dollars in trade the value of a mare and mule colt that Samuel Erwin retained the property of the said Philip Parks in the run(??) of the said Samuel Erwin wife Mary Erwin my daughter and Philip Parks my son is to have all the fallow due me from him at my at my death lastly I appoint Philip Parks my son my Executor to this my last will and testament to serve without any security given under my hand and seal this the 22nd day of March 1834
